Hear Margaret Brown’s Story and Learn What It Was like to Grow Up in the Early 1900s!
In Operation: Scout, scouts learn what it was like to be a girl in the early 1900s through the exploration of the Molly Brown House Museum. Scouts will explore what girls liked to do for fun and what daily life would have been like for Margaret and her daughter, Helen, who grew up in the house and abroad. This program will help Junior Girl Scouts earn their Playing the Past badge. Participants will take a special self-guided tour of the museum and receive a special Molly Brown House Museum Junior Historian patch.
Scouts and their companions will receive a special self-guided tour of the house focused on Margaret and her daughter, Helen, who grew up in the house. Scouts will also receive a special Molly Brown House Museum Junior Historian Patch.
