This is a guided 90-minute field trip created especially for homeschool families. This is not a private field trip. If you prefer a private field trip, please email education@mollybrown.org to discuss options and availability.

Yes. Our capacity is severely limited due to the small spaces in the museum. This means that many of our programs fill up months in advance, so in order to reserve your space, advance registration and payment is required. This is true whether you are registering for a program in one month or or 3 months from now.

$12 per student and $12 per adult. Siblings ages 0-5 may attend for free, however, if they wish to participate in the activities of the program they need to be registered as a Student. Space is limited. Advanced registration is required. If cost is an issue, please email education@mollybrown.org and we can discuss available options.

We typically do not offer refunds for program registrations. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, as long as you let us know two-weeks or more before the date of the program, we can generally transfer your registration to another program or event, provided there is space. You would still be responsible for any difference in cost, if one exists. If you let us know less than two weeks out, there are no refunds or transfers.

Due to our limited space, registration is limited to 2 adults per family group. All adults are expected to remain with their students throughout the duration of the field trip.

Siblings ages 0-5 may attend for free, however, if they wish to participate in the activities they need to be registered as a student participant.

Strollers are not permitted inside the museum. You’re welcome to “park” your stroller on the front porch or the back courtyard.

Our Molly Brown House Museum field trips are recommended for ages 6+

Yes! This field trip includes a guided tour of the house, including several hands-on activities. Adults are expected to stay with their students at all times.
